1. Who we are
Advision Services ("Advision", "we"), headquartered at Calea Vitan 23C, 7th Floor, Bucharest, is the controller of the personal data collected through the advision.services website and in its relationships with clients and partners. For anything related to your data you can contact us at max@advision.services or 0762 476 410. This policy describes what data we process, for what purposes, on what legal bases and what rights you have.
2. Useful definitions
- Personal data — any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (name, email, IP, etc.).
- Processing — any operation performed on data: collection, storage, consultation, transmission, deletion.
- Controller — the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing (here, Advision).
- Processor — a provider that processes data on our behalf, under a contract.
- GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection.
3. What data we collect and from where
a. Data you give us directly
- Contact / quote request form — name, email address, phone number, company, service of interest and the content of your message.
- Correspondence and calls — the data included in your emails, messages or calls to us.
- Contractual relationship — identification and billing data, role, data about the advertising accounts and platforms we manage, to the extent needed to provide the services.
- Subscribing to commercial communications — your email address and expressed preferences.
b. Data collected automatically
IP address, browser type and operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, visit duration and traffic source — through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie policy. Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated with your consent.
c. Data from other sources
Publicly available information (your company website, LinkedIn) or information received from partners who recommend us, strictly to respond to a request or prepare a collaboration.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, biometric data, etc.). Providing data through the forms is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to you.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we ensure through a balancing test that your interests and rights do not override it; you still have the right to object (see section 8).
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (processors) — web hosting and maintenance, email and cloud office services, invoicing and accounting, email marketing platforms. All are contractually bound under art. 28 GDPR to process data only on our instructions.
- Measurement and advertising partners — Google and Meta, strictly within the limits of your cookie consent, as described in the Cookie policy.
- Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, accountants, under confidentiality obligations, when necessary.
- Public authorities — when the law requires it or to defend our rights in court.
6. International transfers
We generally store data within the European Economic Area. Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may transfer data to the US or other third countries; in those cases, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses, accompanied by additional safeguards. You can request a copy of the safeguards at the contact address.
7. How long we keep the data
8. Your rights
Under art. 15–21 GDPR, you have the following rights, which you can exercise free of charge:
- Access — to find out whether and what data we process about you and to receive a copy of it.
- Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure ("the right to be forgotten") — to have data deleted when there is no longer a basis for keeping it.
- Restriction of processing — to temporarily limit processing, e.g. while a dispute is being verified.
- Portability — to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or to have it transmitted to another controller.
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and at any time to direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it, without affecting prior processing.
Write to us at max@advision.services; we respond within one month at most (extendable by two months for complex requests, with notice to you). For the safety of your data, we may request additional identity verification information.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest — dataprotection.ro — or address the competent courts.
9. Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on you. Analytics and advertising tools may create aggregated audience segments, but only within the limits of your cookie consent.
10. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access control, two-factor authentication on internal systems, periodic backups and vendor assessments. In the unlikely event of a security breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours and, where the law requires, inform you directly.
11. Minors
Our services are aimed at companies and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data about minors; if you learn that a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Our social media pages
When you interact with our pages on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, we process the data you make public (comments, messages, reactions) in order to respond to you. For page statistics, we and the respective platform act as joint controllers, under the agreements made available by the platform; the platforms' own processing is governed by their policies.
13. Links to other websites
The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; we recommend reading the policies of every site you visit.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy periodically; the current version is published on this page, and significant changes will be visibly signaled on the site. For any question: max@advision.services · 0762 476 410 · Calea Vitan 23C, 7th Floor, Bucharest.
